
David Oliver Foods was set up by friends and chefs Oliver Shute and David Holliday. Oliver hails from a childhood in Scotland and David grew up on a farm in Hampshire and is a passionate Englishman. They are both fanatical about field sports and the countryside and share a love of traditional country cooking.
