Having already encountered the problems of not being able to make enough of the meals to meet demand, the search was on for a bigger kitchen, we wanted to find somewhere that already had the necessary equipment in place and had the skilled chefs needed to help us produce our meals. All the meals are still made to our own recipes in a kitchen that has all the best kit – the boys call it ‘The chefs playground’!
From the outset the plan was to create restaurant standard full meals that are easy to prepare in the home. We use the same techniques as we would if we were in the restaurant: braising, stewing and roasting to name but a few. We have searched for the best producers so as to create the best results.
